Returns & Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with the product size, quality, or colour, we understand. Hand block printed items tend to have slight differences between what you see on a screen and what it looks like in real. However, we’ll happily exchange it for you within 15 days of the date of purchase.
The product should be exchanged unused, in their original packaging along with the price tags, labels, packing, and barcodes, invoice copy defined as essentials.

Returns & Refunds
- We accept returns within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.
- The product should be returned unused, in its original packaging along with the price tags, labels, packing, and barcodes, invoice copy defined as essentials. If any product is returned without the essentials, the product shall not be accepted for return.
- The return packages should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage to products during transit. Products under promotions/sales/discounts will not be accepted for returns.
- In case you receive a product with a manufacturing defect kindly get in touch with us immediately. We will request you to kindly email us the photographs of the defective product and appropriate action will be taken by our customer care team thereafter. - In case of return or exchange (other than damage & defects while receiving the parcel) logistics cost of return to be borne by the customer.
Once we have your order back in the warehouse, the refund will be initiated and should reflect in your method of payment in 5-7 business days. Feel free to give us a call to get updated on your refund status.
